Coaching Philosophy

Formation
I am “Lovecoach”, holding a diploma from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and additionally certified as an NLP Practitioner by the American Union of NLP.
Elevator Pitch
I coach people back to self-love because it builds trust, which is the cornerstone of every healthy relationship and a clear, healed perception. By fostering self-love, we cultivate primal trust, creating a solid foundation for personal growth and fulfilling connections.
My spiritual Gift
In 2019, I had a near-death experience that seemed to open my third eye, enabling me to communicate with angels, the “higher self,” deceased loved ones, and the respective “spiritual team.” This gift has since benefited my coaching sessions, as I now receive intuitive information showing me exactly where my clients’ “energy blockages” lie.
Principles
I coach based on Buddhist principles that emphasize the interconnectedness of all things and the importance of love and compassion to overcome suffering and transcend duality through mindfulness.

Some universal powers
The power of now
According to Eckhardt Tolle, the present moment is the only place where true happiness and fulfillment can be found. By being fully present, one can free oneself from the grip of the ego, reduce suffering caused by negative thought patterns, and experience a deeper sense of peace and inner stillness. In my coaching I embrace his philosophy that encourages mindfulness, acceptance of what is, and a shift away from identifying solely with the mind towards a deeper awareness of one’s true essence beyond thoughts.
The power of focus
combined with the concept of “like attracts like,” underscores the idea that where you direct your attention and energy influences what manifests in your life. By maintaining a focused and positive mindset, you can consciously attract and create the outcomes you desire.
The power of Ho’oponopono
Ho’oponopono is a Hawaiian spiritual practice centered around reconciliation and forgiveness. It involves taking responsibility for one’s actions, acknowledging and releasing negative emotions, and seeking harmony within oneself and with others. Through repetitive phrases like “I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you,” both internally and externally, fostering peace and well-being. The practice emphasizes the interconnectedness of all beings and the power of forgiveness in promoting personal and collective healing.
